Foster or adopt?

If you have the ability, adopting the position of “I need a job, I just don’t need THIS job” and that you have other options and limited patience, use it.

Do it politely, of course.

That said I told a recruiter at Disney after a month of being yanked around “You either need to shit, or get off the pot.”

Sent a quick email to the Tech. Lead at Disney that I was no longer available and took the offer from Activision that afternoon.

The mistake we make, that we let other people lull us in to, is that we should be grateful when they pick us.
