Iron Integrity

I have built my career on my integrity.

It is always interesting to interact with others, in a business setting, who believe they can manipulate me in some way that goes against my core values. It almost always comes down to them handing out an ultimatum which never really goes in the direction they think it will.

My integrity is “me.” Without it, I am nothing and my words and deeds mean nothing.

Find your integrity, in whatever shape it comes, and live by it every day. Make it unassailable. You will be surprised how many people will bend around your integrity like taffy around an iron bar.
