Sorry Humanity

Saying “I’m sorry” to a customer is free. But it should never be treated as “free.”

Also, when you say sorry, stop right there. Period.

“I’m sorry, but…” turns it from “I care” in to “I don’t care.”

Ever notice how the change of a single thing, a comma in a sentence for example, can change an intended communication from an apology, into an insult.
