Not Knowing What You Are Asking For

Client: “We have lost the main administrator password to the website, can you recover it for us?”

Me: “Yes, but you will need to let me have access to the server to do it.”

Client: “We can’t do that. The security risk would be too great. You might break something. You might steal our customer data.”

So you want me to recover the administrator account and set you up with a new password, but never login to the server to do it or know what your password will be.
