Low-Level Systems Engineering

Rewriting a device driver for Android as part of client work. Haven’t had this much fun in years!

That was not sarcasm.

I had forgotten how much I enjoy writing assembler and low-level C code.

The earliest part of my career was assembler, followed several years later by C.

It is rare to be given the opportunity to return to the earliest experiences of a career, and still be paid handsomely for it.
